With the successful inclusion of our client in the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Platform, we managed to suspend the foreclosure of his primary residence and restructure the total amount of his debts to Banks, the State, and EFKA.

Following FIBA’s fast and low-cost procedure, known as POP, we managed to issue within two months the decision number 21/2025 of the BAT which obliges the Basketball Team to pay our client – an agent – the unpaid commissions with interest, as well as his legal expenses.

By Supreme Court decision No. 1125/2024, our client was vindicated in an inheritance law case handled by our office, as the will through which they inherited two properties was deemed legally valid by the testator.

Our Law Office has managed to issue the 2138/24 Award of the Basketball Arbitration Tribunal (BAT) of FIBA , which orders the Basketball Club to pay to the coach (our client) his unpaid salaries together with interest at a rate of 5% per annum.

With the decision No. 856/2024 of the Single Member Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki, our Law Office succeeded in suspending the auction of the 1st residence of our principals due to illegal procedure by the BANK, as our clients are in a state of bankruptcy and in the stage of the union of creditors with as a result, the BANK as a creditor will not be able to speed up the auction.
